Yoga is the science of ancient India, through which we can not only improve our health but also take good care of our mental health. In today's hectic times, new challenges emerge every day even for children. Especially after the Corona period, schools have opened in almost every place and after a break of almost two years, now the children have to go back to their old lifestyle again.
In such a situation, what can be a bigger priority for the parents than keeping the health of the children right. Keeping the health of the children in mind, today a yoga session was organized for the children in Gurugram Kids Club, in which our small yogis performed yoga activities with great enthusiasm. In the presence of Shri Om Prakash, children performed yoga postures like Chakrasana, Tadasana, Halasana etc. and also many Pranayama. When the children did Pranayama while chanting Om, the sight was mesmerizing. At this moment other members of the club and parents were also present to help the children. Heartfelt thanks to Mr. Om Prakash for such a beautiful session. It was a delight to see little Yogis at work.
